1. What types of workspaces do you offer?

We offer flexible options including hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices and creative studios to suit solo professionals and growing teams.

2. What are your opening hours?

Staffed hours are 8AM–8PM on weekdays. Dedicated desk and office members enjoy secure 24/7 access, every day of the year.

3. Are meeting rooms available to all members?

Yes — every plan includes monthly room credits, bookable in seconds from the member app, with extra hours at member rates.

4. Is high-speed internet included in all plans?

Absolutely — gigabit fiber with enterprise-grade Wi-Fi and wired backup is included in every plan at no extra cost.

5. Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel my plan?

Anytime. Monthly plans need 30 days' notice, and upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing.

6. Do you require a deposit?

Desk plans need no deposit. Private offices ask for one month's refundable deposit, returned within 14 days of move-out.

7. What amenities are included in my membership?

Fast Wi-Fi, printing, coffee and tea, phone booths, showers, bike storage and invitations to every community event.

8. Are pets allowed in the coworking space?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our designated pet-friendly zones. Register your companion once at the front desk.

9. Can I bring guests or clients?

Yes — members receive guest passes each month, and clients can wait in our lounge while you grab them a coffee.
